Rowboat, Gun Street Ghost, Desert Atlas at Skylark Lounge

In case you haven’t heard, the Skylark Lounge is back! They’ve been having events for a bit now, but April 5 to 10 is their Grand Opening Week, featuring music, comedy, drag, etc. I won’t be a part of that, though I hope to get out there.

However, I will be playing a there on Friday, May 6, with Rowboat and Gun Street Ghost.

About Rowboat:

This thing moves purposefully and aimlessly. It drifts among behemoth ships, and burned out vessels that sink away, down narrow lanes that hug the shore, strung with lights that peak and fade, then out into the endless night, beyond the crush of the channel lines, out of sight of the fading light, where darkness fills the eyes and mind, and the ocean’s sound matches mine.

About Gun Street Ghost:

Gun Street Ghost is a Denver-based four piece band that fuses a punk past and hundreds of hours in the honky tonk into nuanced, powerful rock and roll.

Doors open at 8 p.m. (I’m on first). Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door.
