Show me the shows!

On August 7, I played an hourlong set at City Park Farmers Market in Denver. You might remember that the air quality was quite bad for several days there, which makes singing over a stretch of time quite rough. And I’m not a morning person to begin with

Still, I had a great time! Even got some complimentary coffee and breakfast burritos out of the deal.

But I’m not here to talk about the past.

On Saturday, August 28, I’ll be playing a set at the Philippine Festival in Edgewater, hosted by the Filipino-American Community of Colorado. It’ll be a quick one, 2:45-3:15 p.m., but the food alone should be worth the trip. Just remember that parking will likely be hard to come by, so come early. Looking forward to celebrating my heritage and would love to see you there!

Perhaps even more exciting, I’ll be part of Down in Denver, a music festival taking place Labor Day Weekend, Sept. 4-6, at Larimer Lounge. I am looking forward to meeting and listening to all these local artists who are even more underground than those guys playing UMS.

I’m slated to play Saturday at 1:30 p.m. Day passes are $15, and three-day passes are a steal at $30. Do it! Say hi, and I’ll buy you a beer! TICKETS!
